What is an [C2E] Enterprise? Why should I care?

C3 Alliance is a 100% Members Only Multi-Stakeholder Cooperative.

This means all economic activity is in the form of role-based patronage tokens. We have three roles for members to perform. We do not have employees. Members earn compensation in our ecosystem in the role of [PDT] Producer patronage tokens, cryptocurrency (BTC), and other benefits. [PDT] Producer tokens are earned by staking their [PST] Unique member identity persona token to commerce agreements that are listed in the CapX marketplace. [PDT] Producer Patronage tokens that are earned are automatically converted into [PAT] Partner tokens which are the equivalent of equity “stock shares” in C3Alliance Cooperative, members hold these [PAT] tokens in their Vault to accumulate wealth. Partner tokens represent the members' access to C3Alliance Cooperative surplus/dividends, special rights, discounts on community services, and much more. It is important to note that [PAT] Partner tokens DO NOT have voting rights on governance! C3Alliance is a cooperative so each member receives a member token when they pay their annual membership fee. Each member has ONE VOTE per member token. This means we have NO WHALES! Every member has one vote and one vote only.

C3 Alliance is a global not-for-profit cooperative association of communities. We use an R&R Strategy for our communities. Ranch & Resort Communities Strategy. Ranches are rural and focus on sustainable agriculture production for food, etc. access to water resources is a high priority. We are targeting our Resort locations in highly desirable travel destinations. Such as a 50-mile radius of international airports, mountain, and beach locales. The primary focus of Resorts is to provide Co-live/work accommodations. We want members to be able to reside with their families in our ranches and resorts.

These communities are responsible for sponsoring [C2E] Collaborative Commerce Enterprises. [C2E] Enterprises are our cooperative version of corporations. This is how we are able to collaborate to deliver the products and services our members want as well as income-earning opportunities for producers. It is important to note that these communities are all member-owned and governed. When communities sponsor enterprises and these enterprises generate revenue the profits go directly to the communities and those profits are shared with the member-owners. Creating passive income for the member promoters that own units of the community/enterprises. This essentially creates a member-to-member “crowdfunding” model for commerce among members.

Our communities are targeting several industries for [C2E] Enterprises.
The target industries include but are not limited to:
* Gaming/Metaverse opportunities. We are building a DAO/DAC on the Star Atlas MMORPG game. This will create earning opportunities in a virtual environment for our members. Yes, get paid to play video games!
*IT/ Development Agency. This includes application development, coding, website development, and other IT consulting.
* Node & Data Hosting. We will be hosting IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave, Helium nodes. As well as others our members choose.
* E-Sports Teams. We will have our own C3Alliance E-sports teams.
* Trading. Our enterprises will provide capital for professional traders to manage portfolios of all types of investment classes. Yes, get paid to manage crypto/stock portfolios and share in the profits you deliver to our members.
* Transportation & Logistics. Our enterprises will provide capital to purchase vehicles for our producer member drivers. This will include big rigs and smaller delivery vehicles.
* Sales & Marketing Consulting Agency. Our members will be experts in all areas of sales and marketing services.
* AR/VR Development.
* Resorts will provide white-label “ghost” commercial restaurant kitchens.
* Coaches/Influencer Agency. Yep, get paid to build your audience. We will provide funding and share in the growth of your audience-generated revenue.
